Respect Our Shared Space

• Keep the studio tidy.
• Silence your phone.
• No talking during class.
• Arrive on time and prepared.
• Respect personal belongings and space.
• Wear appropriate attire (athletic wear).
• No mean girl vibes.

Bike Guidelines

• Cycling shoes (SPD) are required as of 04/01/2025.
• Follow instructions for mounting/dismounting and gear usage.
• Observe weight restrictions on bikes. Some are 250lb/350lbs.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows less than 12-hour notice incurs a fee.
